Ruth Goldberg manages Metar's professional services. Ruth has over 20 years of management experience in the IT and software industry, leading large and complex software application developments.

Her experience includes Software Development and Customer Facing, Management positions at Amdocs - managing and coaching Project Managers; Division Manager at the Social Security Organization of Israel - managing children’s allocation and kiosk development projects.

Ruth holds an MBA, majoring in Management Information Systems and a BSc. in Mathematics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Daphna Peer
Manager / CFO

Daphna Peer manages Metar's finance & operations. Daphna has 25 years of experience in practical financial management and outsourcing services in IT global organizations. She has served over 20 years in financial positions at IBM Israel and IBM European headquarters in Paris, managing large system integration projects and developing financial methodology. Her experience includes CFO at SHR Group, responsible for outsourcing services to insurance companies and IT services.

Daphna holds a BA in Economics & Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
